So...you're all set with your preparations for cracking even the toughest of interviews. You've got a shiny resume (well if you don't we can help you create one), you're ready with your shoes shined and your tie tied and your immaculate formal attire. There's just one tiny-miny problem. The companies don't know that you exist.
So how do you get noticed by the companies? Registering on their site as a job aspirant is a great idea. In fact, I insist that you do it, if you haven't already. But even if you register, a top MNC receives literally thousands of job applications. Getting lost in the crowd is very much likely. What you want to do is stand out(no, I don't mean that you go out and stand on the street). To get noticed, you have to do something that a majority of people don't. If you want to get shortlisted, you have to be part of a pool that is exclusive, not too crowded, and holds potential and skill.

Well fellow job seeker, lucky for you, there exist some exams which assess you on your skill level on various domains; and then provide that result to your beloved MNCs. These exams act as a meeting point between employers and job seekers. These are what literary people call Placement Aptitude Tests or Employability Tests.
